In 2002 I provided Business- and Organisation Development support to CHUREDA, an independent consultancy unit created by LITI-Morogoro, an Agricultural TVET institute in Tanzania. The main issues were improving the client-relationships and internal organisational issues (mainly around their acquisition process).
